Yoga
with Stephanie
Hatha Yoga
classes are perfect for all levels and can be adjusted to suit your needs. Hatha yoga focuses on balance—between body and mind, left and right sides, and solar and lunar energies.
With an emphasis on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation, these classes help you reconnect with your body. The slower pace and static holds build strength, stability, and balance over time.
Ideal for beginners, Hatha yoga gently introduces the basics of yoga, including breathing, postures, and meditation. For experienced yogis, it offers a great way to unwind and focus on fundamentals.
Yin yoga
is a quiet, contemplative practice that works deeply into the body through passive, longer-held poses.
It targets connective tissues like ligaments, joints, and deep fascia.
Most of the class is done on the floor with minimal standing poses.
Yin yoga is NOT a beginner’s class.
Unlike active yoga styles, Yin allows for deeper stretches by holding each pose for 3 to 5+ minutes, improving flexibility and circulation.
This slow-paced practice enhances qi (life energy) and is perfect for those who want to challenge both body and mind.
